📦 Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

The handling time of your order depends on whether it includes a customized product or not. Stocked products typically ship in 1 to 3 business days. Customized products such as door cards or instrument panels take a few weeks to manufacture and powder coat.

How long does shipping take?

For European Union orders, you can expect delivery within 1 to 3 business days. For international orders, shipping will take between 2 to 5 business days. If you're in USA, Canada, UK, or another country that charges import customs, it's likely the order will be delayed by 1 to 3 business days while your order goes through customs.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier's website.
You can also use the chat button on our website, click on "track my order" and follow the instructions. 

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please make sure to not throw away the packaging materials, shipping paperwork and shipping label, then immediately send us some photos of both the damaged item and packaging at info@dcnperformance.com . We will evaluate the issue and provide guidance on how to proceed, including possible replacements or refunds.

🌍 Customs & Duties

Will I have to pay customs fees?

If you are in USA, UK, Australia, Canada, or Japan, then your order will be shipped under DDP terms (Delivered Duty Paid), so you don't have to worry about any surprise charges, we will have taken care of everything already.

If you are in EU, there are no customs charges since we're also located in EU.

For other countries, it depends, please contact us before placing an order so we can check the current customs regulations of your country.

What happens if I refuse to pay customs charges?

If you're in another country than the aforementioned and you are notified that there is an outstanding amount of customs charges to be paid, and you refuse to do so, the package will be returned to us, we will refund your order minus the original shipping costs, the return shipping costs, and any non-refundable customs brokerage fees incurred. Any customized products we made for you are not eligible for returns and refunds and no refund will be given if they are returned to us.

💳 Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners club), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and more. These options will be available to you during checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to make changes. If you have ordered a customized product and it's already in production, we cannot cancel your order although we might be able to make changes, depending on the stage of production your item is in. Once shipped, we of course can't modify orders.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

DCNPerformance has a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, and shipped back in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate the return process.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, certain items such as customizable products (eg Door Cards) and sale items are non-returnable. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.
