Return and Exchange Policy

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you want to exchange the product you ordered with another, you should contact us via contact form or email in our Contact page to confirm availability.
Upon confirmation, you arrange shipping of the product back to our business address and provide a tracking number. The package must be marked as a “Return Shipment” / "Returned Goods", otherwise any import custom fees will have to be incurred by you the buyer.
After we receive the item to be exchanged, we ship the product of your choice to your address and provide you with a tracking number.

​A return must be initiated within 14 days from when you received the product. In case the return is not initiated within the time period specified above by dcnperformance.com, we have the right not to accept the product back and not to proceed with the requested product exchange shipment.
The product must be in its original form, in the original packaging, and accompanied by all relevant documents as sent (Commercial Invoice, export documents).

Attention: The site reserves the right to return the product to you at your own expense in case the above conditions are not met.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We treat every order with absolute care and we pack it with attention to make sure it arrives in good condition. A thorough quality inspection is performed on each product to ensure top condition before shipping.
However, in the rare case of delivery of a defective item please contact us to arrange sending you a replacement.
